Famous Cars

There are quite obviously some really famous cars out there and of course, some of them are much more famous than others, check out these ones.
The Mirth Mobile
In case you don’t know what this one is it is the car from the Wayne’s World films and it is actually this movie that made the car famous for a short while. Everyone remembers the Mirth from the beginning sequence of the movie where the guys are banging their heads to Bohemian Rhapsody. A remake of the Queen video was actually done to include footage from the movie. The car itself was named one of the worst cars ever made so do not expect it to feature in another movie.
The Original Batmobile
The original is and always will be the best of the best when it comes to the Batman cars and this car was actually a custom built Ford Lincoln Futura that the company brought from Ford for a mere $1. Because the car was already ten years old the filming was tough for the best part of the first season because everything kept failing. The original car still remains with its original owner and the other three replicas are all currently in private collectors hands.
The General Lee
This 1969 Dodge Charger is from the television show The Dukes of Hazzard and there are very few people around that have not heard of it. The Lee was a orange charger painted with a rebel flag on the roof and when the car horn is pressed the first 12 notes from the confederate states anthem. This car is known for all of the crazy stunts that occurred during the 70s and 80s show and the cars name is named after the confederate general.
Make sure you do not take your cheap Audi or of course Audi A4 Saloon or Audi Q5 and try and turn it into one of these.
